What I like the most about the promise of a new year, is the do over. Not only can we reflect, and dream, and set goals and crush them, but we can also analyze our shortcomings. This is the key. A fresh chance to start new, and try again. And I just love, I mean, I love… a new start.

Something I decided to take control of for 2016, (and I needed to share this) is the way in which I project my vision.  Obtaining the proper camera, and gear is part of the larger picture, and so I thought, why not invest in myself? And so I did. One of the goals I have as a style blogger, is to get better at engaging with this amazing fashion community. There is a strategic way to manage all social outlets in a creative way, and still have time to be present in my inner world. There is a definite way to juggle it all, which is part of my experiment, and whatever matters to you, I encourage you to do the same.

So here’s a little verbal toast to a fresh start! May we all create magic, and do phenomenal things forward, and ahead.

Thanks for reading.

  1. I couldn’t agree with you more sis, I love a clean slate and I share many of the same goals as you with regards to community and engaging, but I haven’t quite found the balance, so I love that this is part of your 2016 experiment! Mine too!! Thanks for the sweet mention as well! I appreciate you! ❤️

    1. Means a lot to have your stamp of approval with this. Always does sis. Oh there’s definitely a balance and it’s a work in progress for us all… but at least we have something great to anticipate with this experiment. And no prob, I had to give props where they were due. ❤
